It is very sad to see a Pakistani brand operate like this. Expanding internationally and in the UAE market should mean bringing higher standards, but instead, this brand is failing customers with policies that feel more like scams than service.
Firstly, when customers place an order online, even if they try to meet the minimum spend or cover delivery charges, they are still forced to pay VAT separately on delivery — which is completely unfair. Secondly, the return/exchange policy is made so difficult that it seems designed to discourage customers from even trying. Customers are asked to physically go to the store, drop off items, and then instead of a proper exchange, they are issued a coupon. This coupon forces you to either pay extra delivery fees or make unnecessary additional purchases — and then pay another AED 15 for delivery when the new order arrives.
This is not customer service — this is just a way to rip people off. It is deeply disappointing and unethical. Making money in this way is not halal. Sending PR gifts to influencers for promotion while treating paying customers unfairly is not a sustainable business model.
