It was so easy to set up the Sovereign Health Care and very efficient when I had to do my first claim for new glasses, the process only took a couple of days and the instructions very clear to follow to ensure that I had the right evidence for the claim. I would definitely recommend this company

No communication why submitted invoice…
No communication why submitted invoice not accepted, if submitted too early but before end of year why not allowed to be resubmitted for payment if invoice not paid but still valid before the year allowance for claiming.
Lost of payment because submitted a month too early and wouldn’t take resubmitting again which I had planned treatment to get payment

Hi Beryl, thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear you're disappointed with the outcome of your claim.
Claims are assessed based on the date treatment was received, rather than the date a claim is submitted. In this instance, the treatment took place in 2025 and was therefore considered against your 2025 dental benefit allowance. As the maximum benefit for that year had already been reached, we were unable to make a payment for the claim. Any treatment received in 2026 would be considered against your 2026 benefit allowance, up to the maximum entitlement available under your policy.
An email was sent to you on 28 July 2026 advising you of the outcome of your claim. Further details can be found by logging into the online customer area and viewing your claim history.
