Booking was simple and done in timely manner. But correct deposit was not taken and a day later a complete stranger phoned up asking for my card number to pay the extra. I would normally expect an email or link to do this. Unprofessional especially over a weekend

Very efficient
Contacted Megan at Sovereign to register interest in a fast selling cruise taking place in 2028, on Sunday 17th May. As promised she telephoned me back the following day to confirm my requirements etc. once the bookings were formally opened. Exceptionally friendly and efficient service, backed up with concise paperwork via email. This is not the first time we have used Sovereign and likely not the last. Megan made the whole process extremely straightforward.
