What’s not to love about this excellent service?!
Skye, who dealt with our two bookings was polite, friendly and keen to learn what we were looking for. I appreciate the phone being answered promptly and if no-one available they call you back within ten minutes.
I also appreciate the staffs good manners and efficiency.

I was generally happy BUT
I was generally happy with the service and the price, but I had not until I realised that Sovereign had quoted me for flights via Amsterdam when I had specifically requested a flight via Heathrow. No mention of the change until flight details received after deposit paid!! I'll be very very careful if I ever use Sovereign again.
