I’ve had ongoing boiler problems and had different engineers but have mostly dealt with Gareth . This young man has gone over and above to try to solve the problem. He’s been knowledgeable and tried different remedies. He’s patiently explained everything to me , as I'm a disabled pensioner, I’ve been relieved to find someone trustworthy to help me with the boiler problems. I’m hoping I can request his help in the future if needed .

10/10 for Daniel.

Daniel visited my home (ref 42D0000551) to repair a boiler which is via Scottish Power/and D&G.

Daniel was friendly, professional and efficient!

Awful Company. Were enthusiastic when they came round on the 4th February.
Representative promised my quote in the next 2 days. Never got it. Rang the company 4 times but had to leave a message. Finally got hold of Neil who came originally and he promised to send a quote. Still waiting and it’s now March 8th. Useless.

On behalf of my old man 2 heaters went down Neil at customer service was very good and guided me and all fixed thank you.

Sorry I wrote a negative review and like a guy further on meant it for south west heating services who are now on trustpilot. I have removed the review meant for a different company. I apologize.

We used South West Heating for radiators throughout our 400 year old farm house. Neil was amazing, he visited us in our home at a time that was convenient to us and sized everything up and was so knowledgable. He was even kind enough to give us a small space heater whilst we waited for installation! After three cold winters we can honestly say we love these radiators, especially being able to control them remotely. We have since decided to use SW Heating for a Sun Amp instant hot water solution. Highly recommended.

Neil and Georgia were fantastic from start to finish. So professional and caring, they did everything to get our order and installation in good timing. The fitters left the place immaculate. I don’t usually review but South West Heating went above and beyond. And now we have a warm house, something our night storage heaters never did efficiently. Thanks to all, regards, Alana

Appalling service was due to have an engineer today between 8am and 1pm. Got a call to say engineer went sick before his shift and I was called at 12 noon to tell me this after already waiting in 4 hours. I'm so another morning wasted for another appointment in April. Appalling service and not even a gesture of goodwill to apologise. Just told to ho back to my insurance company if I had a complaint. Rubbish service from South west heating services Ltd. Do not book

Another supplier that somehow can’t tell you any price without a face to face sales pitch. Start at near 2 grand for one heater and then give a “special deal” lol. Fitting is some screws in the wall and plug it in so I don’t need to pay you silly money for that either. Should be illegal and so should the adverts pretending that they’re “A+ energy rated.” This is totally false so don’t believe a word of it. What a lot of nonsense. These heaters can be bought for 70% less. Do not let this lot near your elderly friends or relatives they have no morals

Excellent service engineer fully investigated the fault and fixed whilst on site, thoroughly recommended South West Heating five star service.

After care service is non existent as is the 25 year guarantee more like 2 years it’s just a sales gimmick

This company is not responsive or reliable. The previous owners had installed expensive Elkatherm radiators one year before I bought my property. When I moved in, one of the radiators was not working. I couldn't get hold of South West Heating Solutions, so I called Elkatherm, who, in turn, got them to call me. Transferring the guarantee would cost £250!! I reluctantly agreed as the room was cold, but they never called back. Now, I don't trust them or want them to call back. Whatever you do, don't have Elkatherm heaters and don't have them installed by this company, as the guarantee is worthless. It doesn't surprise me to see the only other review about this company is very negative. Oh, by the way, the App that comes with Elkatherm heaters is rubbish and keeps crashing EVERY TIME you want to use it. Avoid. I complained in writing on the Elkatherm website contact form - actually, a UK distributor called Think Electric Heating Ltd. - but they didn't respond either. Bad products, zero customer service.
