I was allocated Cotswoldheating solutions through a government scheme,to install a new boiler in my attic. Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with the service I received..
The boiler installation may be complete. The work area in my attic has been left in unacceptable state. There is mess and chaos left behind. The pipe from the old boiler I was told was disconnected, but it still isn’t. There is a valve in the cupboard that needs to be brought down that alters the pressure of the heating. (As I am not 7ft tall!I am also disabled)
I’ve called the company multiple times to discuss these issues,each time. I was promised that someone will call me back with answers and to arrange to finish the work however I have never received a single return call. The lack of communication of failure to complete the job properly is extremely frustrating. As a customer, I expected professional service and proper follow through. Instead, I’ve been left with an incomplete job and ignored phone calls.. I cannot recommend this company based on this poor customer service and leaving work unfinished it’s not acceptable.
