Excellent service!
Really easy postage instructions, followed by a great service. Developing and scanning were excellent and I got my negatives back in the post safely. Excellent, local business who I’ll definitely be using again.

I used these for the first time and…
I used these for the first time and never again, film shipped, they said they got it and that was it, I never got it back, I emailed after a couple weeks and they said they’d sent it back and it must have gotten lost. Every other film lab I’ve used would refund you if you didn’t get your parcel, all I got was ‘oh it must’ve gotten lost, bye’ won’t be using again

We're sorry about your experience! Royal Mail have an excellent delivery rate so we usually write to ask clients to wait another couple of weeks as the package usually turns up. According to our notes we didn't get another email regarding the order so we then assume it has been delivered. Apologies again and we are happy to follow up with Royal Mail for compensation.
