Destroy property
It is exceptionally bad practice to destroy someone's belongings with no warning, notification or attempt to contact them. Iunderstand you have a company policy but despite contacting you twice to explain I would be unable to pick up due to illness you destroyed important and valuable films. I will be seeking compensation and advise others not to risk leaving their possessions here.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns regarding the situation with your belongings. I understand how distressing it can be to lose important possessions, and I sincerely empathize with your frustration.
However, I must clarify our company policy, which was communicated to you prior. Our policy requires that items, including negatives, be collected within a specified timeframe. We made multiple attempts to notify you, including two reminders, before the items were disposed of after the four-week holding period. Unfortunately, we did not receive any communication from you regarding your inability to pick up your items during that time.you have made communication after the item alredy dispose,that’s why we couldn’t save it .
While I appreciate your distress, it is crucial for us to maintain these policies due to our limited storage capabilities. We strive to offer our customers flexibility, including the option to extend the holding period or arrange for mailing negatives, but this requires prior communication.
I encourage you to review our policies and our commitment to customer service, as reflected in our positive feedback . We are always here to assist our customers to the best of our ability within the framework of our guidelines.

One of the best photo labs in London—if not the best. I’ve been coming here since they opened in 2020, and the quality and service have always been exceptional.
Over the years, I’ve had all kinds of film developed here, as well as T-shirts and large-format prints, and everything has been produced to a consistently high standard. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly care about what they do.
I also really appreciate their rewards scheme. It’s a great touch, especially from a small independent business, and it gives me even more reason to keep coming back. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

The only place I go to for film development. The results are always fantastic (and I’ve tried many labs in London!).
Always top-class service and great prices too. It’s really easy to place an order and you can choose between different turnaround times depending on your budget.
Couldn’t recommend them enough!
