Hi John,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're very sorry to hear you had difficulty with both your product and contacting us.
Since your review, our sales team have spoken with you and resolved the issue. We sincerely apologise that your call went unanswered, we’ve checked our voicemail system (which activates when lines are busy), but couldn’t locate a message. Unfortunately, your email also went into our spam folder, which meant it wasn’t seen as quickly as it should have been.
This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we apologise for falling short on this occasion. We hope the actions we’ve taken since have helped to put things right and restore your confidence in us.
