Just had 2 new scales installed and took out their invoice system , Dimension , made life a lot easier for me.
Can’t fault them at all , fantastic customer service Tom who did the install for me shown me the ropes and has been on hand to help with small mistakes I have made, top bloke and a great company, highly recommend 👏

The staff were really helpful Gary in particular went out of his way to help me. Was only in the area for a couple of days so will probably never go back; I just wanted the staff to know I appreciated their efforts.

South coast systems have been great. They came and set up all new scales with no problems and whenever you need help they answer straight away Tom & Luke are very knowledgeable Highly recommended.

We’ve had Dimension for several months and it’s been fantastic. Support from Tom has been fast and excellent whenever we’ve needed it. One of the best investments we’ve made—highly recommended!

I use south coast systems daily via the brilliant dimension pro, whenever I have a problem or a question the team are allways informative and helpful.
In the run up to Christmas week one of my scales broke down… Paul and the team at SCS had me a replacement delivered the very next day!! Upon loading the scale up the team had already pre loaded all my software and talked us through the final set up with ease!!
Would 100% recommend!

Ridiculous high prices , bought a bag of plaster bonding today £18.30 , £5 dearer than anyone else and that’s trade apparently ,save yourself money and go to b&q .

SCS have supported us with our new Avery Scales, with setting up Dimension Pro which allows us to be able to quickly change prices, print labels, keep up to date with Natasha Law, set up customer savings / Christmas club schemes. Also, the software allows cooking instructions and lots of other helpful bits which enables us to serve more quickly and offer a great service.
We have had nothing but the best customer service from their team through-out the training and beyond.
Now going forward we can link our website through Dimension with the expert help from Andy Wood at Purple Web Creative who works along side SCS and, to be honest I can't fault the professionalism and support Andy has given us this past couple of months.
Would highly recommend using SCS & Purple Web Creative for any Butchers / Farm Shop etc as they are all AMAZING!

Nightmare at Christmas, brought Avery Tills & Dimension Pro from these guys back in July 2023, fantastic program for retail butcher's. But on the 20th of December had an issue, anyone in the butchery trade will know that's not a good time. Called Ben at SCS, he did as much as he could remotely, but to no avail. So Luke drove down sorted the issue !!!!! This is what I call SERVICE, I can not thank you guys enough. Merry Christmas SCS

SCS have transformed our outdated, problematic set up into a streamlined and cohesive system. One of our butchers had used SCS and Dimension pro previously in another butcher shop, and convinced our company in Northamptonshire to go with them when we needed to update all the systems in our catering butchers. The instalation was completed in under 1 day by SCS owner Paul and Tom, which was two scales for the catering side of the business and one XTI 400 scale for the shop counter. Dimension Pro had been installed a few weeks prior to the scales arriving, and we had a few phone calls to talk us through the software each week.
The second day of owning the scales and we already had loads of teething issues and confusions on how to work the new scales, Luke from technical support was on the end of the phone and working through the systems remotely for an hour talking us through every step of the way, explaining things slowly and clearly, just what butchers need when it comes to technology.
Could not recomend this company and there helpful staff enough.

The team at South Coast Systems are always on hand to help with any questions or queries we have. Moving over to Dimension Pro has helped streamline our business and we're looking forward to seeing how the business grows alongside it. Went live with Dimensions Pro October 2023 and at the same time moved our website across to Andy @ Purple web creative. It is a massive improvement from where we were. It is super easy for staff to manage. The Dimensions Pro staff in particular Ben and Luke are great, knowledgeable and always give you plenty of time to get any issues ironed out. Andy at purple web is also brilliant always follows up on any potential issues or changes and keeps the website and Dimension Pro running. He also has an excellent knowledge of Dimensions Pro and the integration between Woo commerce and Dimension Pro which is super helpful as both companies work closely together so there is joined up thinking.

Cannot thank Ben enough for sorting out our IT issues today, it was crucial for our business that he was able to fix it to aviod any disruption.
