Delivery not honored as per schedule
Order was placed on 4/3/2023 and the delivery of the item was supposed to be done within 2-3 days excluding Sunday, but till today,13/3/2023, it is more than a week that the goods is still not delivered to the given address as advised and this is very disappointing and poor service indeed.

Poor Comms
Good pricing, easy ordering, good payment options. However, I paid for delivery stated as “usually 2-3 days” after purchase. On day 6 after purchase, still no item. I rang to ask when item would be delivered. Was told “tomorrow”. No apology. Would have been good if SourceIT notifies customers about a delivery delay instead of customers having to call them to find out what’s happened to their purchased item.

No refund received for cancelled order
My order was cancelled on 16 Feb and I’ve yet to receive my refund on that purchase as of 7 March. Was told 3-5 days. Smells like 3-5 weeks and still waiting.
