Great experience with SourceIT
Great experience with SourceIT. The seller was very communicative and kept me updated about possible order delays. I appreciated being given the option to cancel if the delivery dates didn’t suit me. I also shared my delivery window, and they were able to accommodate it. Very happy with the service.

Room for improvement
I placed an order for Kofax pdf software on 31st December 2025 and have no received the e licence for the product until today.
I have emailed sourceit on 5 January 2026 to inquire about the status of the product and I was told that the order is processed and that EDS renewals will give me the e licence soon.
Afterwards, there were no updates on whether I received anything or not and I received this feedback form on my email.
This shows that the after sales service is lacking. And the company fails to update anything to the customer. It seems like I need to take the initiative to ask questions about the status of a product that I purchased when I believe it is supposedly the company updates me on it. A lot of improvement needed.

Disappointing the customer service
A bit disappointing. I had clearly highlighted that the item was urgent, but there was no response. The lead time given was 2–3 days, yet it still went past the promised timeline. I also mentioned that I didn’t mind paying an urgent processing fee to speed things up, but there was no reply via email or WhatsApp. Overall, the communication and follow-up could be much better.

Sucks, that isn't any respond on the second email reported on the faulty set I report.
I'm waited for almost a week and I still not getting any email replied.

As shared earlier, a replacement unit was already exchanged, and the second set issue is now being escalated for another claim.
Our team is actively working with the supplier to secure a new replacement for you.

Apps never update status
Even after install apps, to mentioned status update till door step, in fact no status update in apps, make it confuse and doubt even after 3 days still no update, customer service so slow
