I have worked with Sourced for nearly three years and worked with some fantastic property professionals as a result of this.
Like any large organisation, occasionally some people will have an issue with the service they receive, whether that is as a result of their own actions (or lack of) or not.
As investors and developers, we must ensure we do our own due diligence before we get involved in any deal. Property is not a fast buck and the belief that it is, may well be behind a number of those unhappy with the progress they make.

I used David Allison at sourced and found David very knowledgeable and helpful

My wife and I were doing investment research for the money we had saved. We met them. They gave us great guidance. They helped us look from a different perspective.

The Sourced Franchise stand out with the thoroughness of their training, the quality of their support, and the transparency of their approach to franchisees and investors. This really is a complete package with no gaps, with great people to work with.

Do NOT spend any of your hard earned money with any of these people. The numbers you see on the potential returns are absolutely inflated to the top to make it look appealing and have zero reflection to reality. I invested with Shahid Aslam (£8600 sourcing fee, ridiculous) in two SAs in Manchester. It was advertised as potential average returns around £900 pm. This now, is the 3rd month and I always need to put money from my pocket to cover rent and bills. They are absolutely dishonest and disgraceful, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
To understand how dishonest they are, go to their website and scroll down. They proudly show that they have 5stars on trustpilot when they have 2 (clearly seen here). Absurd!

UPDATE:
Few weeks after the initial comment, I was contacted by Shahid and was bullied. All because, I want the keys to the apartments that I legally possess. That was because the management company (Beehosting) he put in place is completely incompetent and underperforming. This has led to massive financial losses and stress on a daily basis. Now I need to take the matter through the legal route and spend even more money on legal fees. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Have contacted by coventry sourced ltd. Looking for development deals. His name is todd .He has got one offer from me and after got all details ,he said he is going through other agent. He is unprofessional and shouldn’t be doing this job. Waste of time and scammer and cheater. I don’t recommend to work with him.

After a disappointing experience with another property training provider, I stumbled upon Sourced, and I must say, they are a breath of fresh air! Joining their franchise has been a game-changer for me, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch property training and exceptional business practices.

Terrible property investment platform. I engaged one of the Sourced franchisees, Robinson and Hardings Investments Limited, to source property deals and despite paying over £6,000 in sourcing fees no deals have been sourced or completed. Despite the Franchisee acknowledging a full refund is due, to date I only received excuses as to why the refund is not paid. The Franchisee has now gone MIA.

Overall the experience with Sourced has been poor and like so many others I’m out of pocket having paid for services never received. This is a scam investment platform and I recommend avoiding at all costs!

Sourced's assertion that they are not responsible for the actions of their Franchisee's is absurd. Franchisees pay a fee to Sourced who as Franchisor provide training regarding sourcing and completing property deals and all Franchisees operate under the 'Sourced' brand. Investors are funnnled to the Franchisees via the Sourced investment platform app. All contractual agreements are provided by Sourced and Sourced provides ongoing training and mentoring to Franchisees regarding the operation of their business, so to suggest Sourced are not responsible for the condcut of a Franchisee who is following the Sourced business model and training is a farce!

Superb company, superb content, superb work force, superb potential and superb mindset.

One of the best decisions of my lifetime was to commit to sourced. If you open up you mind and unlearn everything you thought you knew then your potential is limitless.

Having joined sourced, my property knowledge has accelerated at a breakneck pace. I’m learning every single day with the support of top level mentoring and excellent technology. I would be more than happy to recommend sourced to anyone looking to start their journey in Property.

Sourced is very excellent platform and team, it's well established brand gives great credibility to investors and helped me to secure deals with my investors.
Funding structure is good where initial funds are less to put in and make project viable.

Great support provided for franchisees and the depth of knowledge is unrivalled.

It took me three years to finally purchase a franchise, I looked at estate agents, letting agents and anything property related. I am naturally a cautious guy so it has taken me time but I can say its the best decision I have made in my working life. The training and support is second to none, I think its important to say that property is not a quick income stream, it takes time. For me my first deal took three months but It was the first of many, I am now doing a project with a forecasted profit of over £150,000 all supported by Sourced. Best advice I can give is attend the events they offer, get to know the team and enjoy the journey!
