Great service!
I phoned The Sound Shop looking for advice on electric pianos. Trevor was really helpful, gave me lots of practical advice and answered my many questions. He knew he wouldn't be there when I was planning to call in so he organised for Phil to help me. Phil was fantastic, really patient and helpful. Although the keyboard section isn't his area, he checked out all my queries carefully. Nothing was too much trouble for him, moving keyboards around, plugging them in for me to try and checking out lots of details for me. I have gone to this shop over the years and will continue to do so. I highly recommend The Sound Shop for service and value.

Absolute gentlemen
Absolute gentlemen. Took their time with me and made me feel at ease with buying my new electric piano. Brought me through multiple different options and brands to ensure I got what I was looking for with the budget I have as a college student. Can’t complement enough the man that was serving me as he even carried the piano out to my car to ensure it was safe and secure.

Top advice over the phone. Great product arrived 2 days after ordering. Great value and a brill website. What more do you need to support our own Irish music shops. Don't buy elsewhere online.
