A huge thank you to Eva and Izaebla at Soundbox.
Both Eva and Izabela from Soundbox were a pleasure to work with. We needed booths on very short notice, and Eva went above and beyond to accommodate our request at a very competitive price. We are very happy with the quality of the booths delivered.
Although we encountered an issue with the third-party shipping provider, Izabela was exceptionally proactive in the handling of this, ensuring installation could proceed as planned.
Highly recommend Soundbox and will undoubtedly be turning to them for all our future booth needs. Thank you!

We recently purchased a soundproof booth from The Soundbox Store for our busy office, and it's been a fantastic investment. From the start, the team were knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire buying process easy. Delivery was prompt, and the installation was smooth and professional.
The booth itself is incredibly well-built and looks great – modern, sleek, and fits perfectly in our environment. Most importantly, the soundproofing is excellent. It’s made a noticeable difference to productivity by giving our team a quiet space for calls, meetings, or focused work. It’s solid, comfortable, and feels premium throughout.

Sounds boxes are great
Boxes are made very well. Very good price compared to other similar brands. boxes took quite a while to be ordered, delivered and installed but overall happy with service and experience. Installation was a bit tricky as the language barrier was huge and there was a lot of confusion with placement of the boxes. Overall would use again

SoundBox seit Wochen ohne Funktion
Die anfängliche Beratung und auch telefonische Betreeung war gut. - Wir haben die Soundbox im Dezember 2024 bestellt und bis heute (Juli 2025) steht sie noch immer nicht vollständig, bzw. kann aufgrund fehlerhafter und defekter Lieferung nicht genutzt werden.
Die Kommunikation mit Soundbox selbst findet praktisch nicht mehr statt, da man keine Rückmeldung mehr bekommt. der Dienstleister in Deutschland der mit dem Aufbau beauftragt ist, kümmert sich seit Wochen mit Engagament um die Lieferung der defekten und fehlenden Teile. Da alles aus UK kommt, ein schwieriges Unterfangen.
Wer hier eine Box bestellt hat oder kauft sollte auf jeden Fall erst bezahlen, wenn die Box steht und funktioniert!
Wir können einen Kauf nicht empfehlen, da hier bei uns im Büro seit Wochen eine unfertige Box steht und das macht keinen guten Eindruck im Team und bei unseren Kunden. - Wenn die Box irgendwann mal in Funktion sein sollte ist sie sicherlich gut, aber bisher würde ich lieber bei einem anderen Anbieter kaufen.

Helpful and friendly team
Ordering was simple, the team were extremely helpful. Communication regarding delivery and installation was regular and when I needed to change the delivery and installation date a few times this wasn't an issue. Very helpful and friendly!

A product that fulfils expectations.
Office Phone Booth
The product is excellent and fulfils all our requirements.
Installation was easy with the help of the instructions and the video.
As a school in Switzerland, there were quite a few problems with the delivery regarding customs formalities.
However, Soundbox responded immediately and optimised the process.

Calidad, diseño y comodidad
La cabina ha superado con creces lo esperado. Los sofás son cómodos y bonitos, tiene suficientes enchufes para utilizar distintos dispositivos a la vez y dentro se respira paz para tener reuniones tranquilamente. Los instaladores fueron muy educados y respetuosos. No dudaré en pedir otra si lo necesitamos.

Un trabajo bien hecho
Estoy encantada con estas cabinas insonorizadas. Quedan súper bien y cumplen su función. El departamento comercial fue muy amable y paciente, nos ayudó en todo momento. Tuvimos que esperar un poco para la instalación, pero mereció la pena. Los instaladores también fueron un eficientes y considerados con el entorno. Contaré con ellos para instalar estas cabinas en otro de mis establecimientos.
