From a tour to installation, French Kiss!
From the friendly and knowledgeable tour of the showroom by Katy in London, to installation day, it was a dream purchase of our two booths for our Cardiff Office.
Customer service during the entire process was perfect (thank you Izabel), and we were kept informed of timescales and what was going on. The booths themselves have proven to be fantastic additions to our busy hybrid office. They are great to look at but not just that they do as they were advertised, comfortable, kitted with great technology, and are sound proof which make them ideal additions to our noisy office.
Delivery and installation was done in the space of a few hours, the installation team were amazing and were great on arrival and working out where they could be located as we had to make a slight adjustment from the originally planned location.
I couldn't recommend them enough and will definitely return to Soundbox if we ever need further booths or furniture.

Buying More - and with great installation
This was a repeat purchase - we bought 2 pods a few months ago and they were such a success for staff we bought 2 more. I was impressed by the installation team. Their finishing was outstanding and with good humour. :-)

Smooth experience from the outset
Smooth experience from the outset. Our new Soundproof booth works perfectly, the communication was good and the team who came to install it were great. There was a delay in delivery due to supply issues but this was communicated to me clearly at the time of purchase.

Eva in the Showroom was fantastic and explained all about the Booths I was looking for.
After only 1 visit, I placed an order for two 4-person meeting booths, complete with seating, table and monitor....one green, one orange !
They looked great after installation.....and now getting used daily.

Great service and quick delivery
Soundbox provided a great customer service and supplied us with 4 pods. It was an easy process from start to finish. We had a free design survey, which included a render of the room we wanted to install our pods in. After, we had organised a delivery, which was as specified.

Purchase of a Booth
Had an amazing experience with Soundbox they were really helpful right from the start right through to the delivery which wasn't straight forward as it had to come t the Isle of Man but everything went smoothly and the POD is getting used regularly. If we need another one in the future I would not hesitate to go back to Soundbox. Thank you for all your help.
