Very friendly, efficient and professional service. I have attended this branch in Market Deeping for several years now, for my initial hearing test, hearing aids and follow up annual checks. They are located in the market square, plenty of free parking close by. Tracey and Jane, thank you.

I have been attending this audiology location for several years now, and I always feel very welcome from both the receptionist and the audiologist, Steve, when I visit them. Steve is very capable and helpful when I'm trying to decide on which of the many differing brands and devices are most appropriate for me. He's very patient and knowledgeable when trying to resolve any technical issues, which can get quite complicated in the world of high-tech hearing aid technology. Thanks for your help.

The staff were friendly and kind. They listened to my concerns about a loss of hearing. They suggested other reasons and paths to go down to help better my hearing when I felt at a loss with it even though my results were in normal range.

Since the appointment of Jess, the service has taken on a new level, no having to drive into Nottingham, she comes to me. She is very enthusiastic, knows her products really well and is extremely pleasing.

Everything is explained to you in terminology that you’ll understand.
Finding out you’re as deaf as a door post is quite scary but these ladies are amazing and will go above and beyond to find solutions that work for you.

I had to purchase a set of new hearing aids a few weeks ago and I saw Jess for the first time. She was absolutely wonderful, extremely thorough and she made me feel at ease immediately.
When they were ready, she brought them to my home and fitted them, there was a small issue with my left aid as regards to the fitting, but it got dealt with at the earliest convenience, again she came to my home and did another impression to confirm everything and sent it immediately to widex for them to remake the left aid for me. I am just awaiting for it to come in. Jess thankfully used my old mould but the new actual behind the ear part of the new aid so everything was absolutely fine.
I would highly recommend this company as their customer service is marvellous.

Friendly, helpful, easy access for disabled, efficient. Booked in for both ears blocked but as only one was blocked we were only charged for one. All done very quickly and easily, would definitely recommend.

I went to Sound Advice because I was unhappy with the performance of my existing hearing aids and the support I was receiving from the shop I bought them from.

Tracy welcomed me initially and arranged a new hearing test with audiologist Jessica who reset my aids having found shortcomings with the original settings.

Result? It's like having a new set of hearing aids... I can hear so much more... And now I am reassured that I can get the support I need - long and short term - whenever I need it...

I have accompanied a very elderly neighbour to her appointments and have been very impressed with the level of care and after care. My neighbour had previously tried another company for hearing aids which had not been successful, so was relieved to find something that worked for her. The aftercare has been exceptional to the point of one staff member visiting my neighbour's house to return a hearing aid which had been adjusted. Highly recommend.

I have just returned from my regular visit to Lee Trangmar at Southport. He has been my audiologist for over 20 years. Charming, professional and very knowledgeable. He has always discussed my needs and advised on the best aides and accessories for me only recommending updates when they are really needed. He assisted me in making an insurance claim when I lost my aides and later in claiming the lower rate of attendance allowance. A lovely man that I trust and rely on.
