A problem with my hearing aid was rectified during my appointment. I also had an annual hearing test for no cost.

Professional, relaxed, friendly atmosphere. No pressure to buy but enthusiasm to get it right. So different to the high street "nationals." This is my third set of aids so i have experienced all the highs and lows of previous purchases.

The receptionist was very helpful
The audiologist was not present but the problem has been rectified by the good offices of the lady receptionist

Sound Advice Hearing were very professional and I felt I trusted them. They took their time to evaluate my hearing and advise me of the hearing aids which would suit me best. I did not feel under pressure to buy, but I did purchase the ones that were recommended and am pleased with them.

I cannot recommend Sound Advice Hearing in Hull highly enough. I have used them for many years and recently needed some new aids. It took a few visits to get the right ones for me but on each visit I received exceptional service. Patience, kindness, professionalism and excellent customer service are just a few words to describe my experience. Big thanks to Steve and Lyn who are a great team.

As a client of Sound Advice in King's Lynn for nearly 7 years now I have always found them to be professional, reliable, and friendly. Today's experience via Karen, Gemma, and Suzanne, was no different, and as usual they went above and beyond with audio testing and honest advice to ensure I enjoyed a satisfactory outcome. With wax removal too, as found on previous occasions, they can also be relied upon to be caring and understanding.

Paul ran a number of tests to help me understand why my hearing was impaired. He was patient and explained the outcomes of my tests in terms that I could understand. He was reassuring and I was shocked at the end of my appointment to find that I was not required to pay! I would have happily paid for the peace of mind that I received from my visit. I would highly recommend the Winchester Hearing Centre!

I attended my local branch last week and as usual was greeted with a friendly smile and conversation by Karen, who then showed me in to see Gemma (Her Daughter) who could not have been more helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely happy with the few minor things wrong with my aids. between them they were excellent. I found Sound Advice really helpful.
The young assistant could not have been better. (sorry forgotten your name already). She Removed a load of wax from my ear and now I can hear really well. Brilliant!

She explained the procedures well and under took everything gently and painlessly.

The appointment was quick and easy to book. The appointment itself was on time and everything about the procedure was explained. It was friendly and I would recommend Sound Advice Hearing Hull.

Even on entering the establishment you have a immediate feeling of quality and professionalism. This continues throughout the whole process including discussion, ear wax removal, hearing test. For me this continued with lots of explanations, choices of aids, fitting, personalisation of the hearing aids together with follow up consultations.
All given with great help, understanding and professionally by Simon the audiologist.
Now I appreciate the increased clarity of my hearing and so pleased my wife badgered me to have a test.
