Error ridden sentiment card

Ordered two “my son” bracelets for my sons after what has been a difficult year. When bracelets arrived, bracelet was nice, however the card that came with it with the special message written on it was full of errors. Sentences were squished together with no spacing between words leaving it a jumbled mess. Contacted soul sent who apologised and said it was part of their current production. I asked for replacement cards to be sent which has been denied and I was offered the excuse that this was their current production so that’s how they’re coming. I asked to get a refund and I was informed that I’d have to send it back to them to Florida USA when I’m in Australia. Postage would be at my expense which would take half of my refund. Really unimpressed with their customer service.

Great quality and exactly as described

This bracelet is exactly as described and I can't wait to give it to my grandson.
The delivery time was quick with notifications regularly and packaging was great.
So very happy with this order. Thinking about getting one for my son
