Great customer service
I ordered 2 pair of goggles and received an email from the post office stating that they had been delivered. However, the address listed in the email was incorrect, and I had not received the package.
Customer Service responded to my email promptly and quickly identified the issue with the post office. Two days later, we received the goggles in perfect condition.

LiquidPeople do a great job
LiquidPeople do a great job. Aus post not so much. My items were packaged and shipped/received by AusPost in 2 days. The package then sat in Jindabyne without moving for a week. Why?! I had ordered in plenty of time but it’s still always frustrating to be paying for postage on an item I could have driven and collected myself in the time it didn’t move.

Product was great as described. The return policy is a bit annoying that you can only get a credit to use as opposed to money back. My fault for not reading it but I wouldn't have bought it had I read that first as I wasn't 100% sure the gift I was buying was the right thing.
