Soul Insole worked the first day I put them in my shoes. I have never had any foot pain in over 70 years, until recently. It came on suddenly and I thought it would go away within a few days. I walk over 5 miles most days and within 3 weeks I could barely walk across the house or sleep, it hurt so bad, even with my high pain tolerance. Found out I have plantar faucitis affecting my right foot. I tried 4 or 5 different insoles, compression socks and sleeves, all specifically for plantar faucitis. None worked. More research led me to Soul Insole. After reading about the developer of Soul Insole, I figured I had nothing to lose except, hopefully, the pain. Put them in both shoes, which felt weird to me because I am flat footed. Then headed out for what ended up being over a 4 mile walk for the first time in over 6 weeks. There was no excruciating pain. It was gone and the pain got to be less and less every day. I can walk barefoot across the house again and am back to walking over 5 miles a day, every day. There is a still a mild bruised feeling in my foot, like stepping on a rock barefoot. I ordered more pairs, so I don't have to transfer them to other pairs of shoes. I have also washed them and put them back in my shoes. They work and wash as claimed.

Best over the counter insoles

I love my inserts! I can put them on top of my insoles from the podiatrist when they get old. That helps on expense! I also use them in my sandals. I wear them every day when it’s warm. They save me from aching feet all summer long! My SIL the physical therapist suggested them. I LOVE them!!

Soul Insole is the most supportive and comfortable insole I’ve ever worn / tried. I appreciate the added support wedges that were included in my customizable insoles. I’m on my feet all day for work and I’ve noticed a significantly positive difference in my experience wearing them. My feet aren’t killing me at the end of the day anymore. Have used these before and have loved them because they work for my plantar fascia . In almost one day the pain is relieved. I have given them to 3 other people to use and end up ordering more for me .

This was the best surprise I've had in quite a while. I have used other orthotics in the past, but these are great. They even considered if you needed a lift or help with pronation/supination. The cost was not inexpensive, but it was worth every dollar to me. There is customer support available.

Great product. They stay in place well. Even when I get my sneakers, totally soaked. I pulled them out and let everything dry and put them back in and they stuck again.

My initial experience with product was not up to expectations but the company promptly reached out, offered advice, education and another solution involving shoe bubbles. I am excited to try a new solution. Regardless of the outcome, I am very pleased with customer outreach. Outstanding.

These insoles are amazing! Previously, I couldn't wear the same shoe 2 days in a row because of foot pain. Once I switched to these insoles, I can now wear the same pair of shoes day after day without pain! I love them!

The inserts raised my feet up too much into the top and toe of my shoes.
