I love the khimar and the hijabs. I also apreciate the abayas but i cannot buy them because of the lenght, i am not tall so they are too long for that’s make me sad because. i bought one abaya khadidja but i wore it only one day at home.

I was also able to skateboard in the jilbab due to its shape allowing my arms to have some freedom. Always a plus when you can exercise in your jilbab!

Habe oft bei Sotra bestellt und es hat bis jetzt immer gepasst. Ich habe aber nun bei der letzten Lieferung eine Abaya bekommen die noch die teuerste im Sortiment war und total veschnitten und dazu noch die Länge die amgegeben war auf der Website hat um 14 cm nicht gestimmt und damit ist das nicht mein Fehler sondern der von Sotra. Habe Sotra angeschrieben das sie mir ein Rücksendeetikett schicken sollen weil ich übernehme sicherlich nicht die Kosten. Habe sie über das Kontaktformular sowie über Instagram kontaktiert und nichts, keiner kümmert sich oder meldet sich zurück. Dies ist jetzt schon ein paar Tage her habe es Klarna gemeldet aber finde es so schade hätte so etwas von Sotra nie gedacht. War sonst immer zufrieden aber musste auch bis dato nie etwas zurückschicken. Aufjedenfall werde ich ab heute woanders bestellen. Und dies auch allen raten denen ich Sotra empfohlen habe.

Nachtrag: Sie haben sich endlich gemeldet und das Problem scheint vorerst gelöst. Deshalb von 1 auf 4 Sterne verbessert.

Verpakking was netjes, het pakketje rook lekker, en de abaya’s zijn prachtig!

The gloves were very good quality and I am happy with everything else Alhamdulillah. I just wish customer service was better as I tried to contact through IG, WhatsApp, email and nobody responded. However my items arrived and I am pleased with that atleast.
