When I started ordering at Sotra I was…

When I started ordering at Sotra I was very impressed by their product quality. However, their customer service is terrible. They don't inform you of anything, they reply very late and the worst of all is if they made a mistake they don't even try to solve it. Atleast that's how it came across. My first orders have been good, I guess I got lucky, because the last one and all the orders from my sister were terrible.
They have nice clothes but really think twice before purchasing.

Terrible !!

i waited for my order for a month while the website says that the delivery takes two to three working days.

customer service is also terrible.

unfortunately, there was no compensation or concession. i'll never order here again

Ik heb de khimaar en abaya ontvangen na een beetje vertraging, omdat het een pre-order was, maar WAUW dit was het wachten sowieso waard!😍 Super mooie kwaliteit ik ben er verliefd op. Ik ga zeker nog vaker bestellen bij jullie! Jazzak Allahu khair

Super slechte klantenservice

Super slechte klantenservice! Bestelling 4 weken later ontvangen. Helaas kan je hier je bestelling niet annuleren.
Wat ik zeker weet is dat ik hier nooit meer wat bestel.

where is my package

I placed an order on 16-11-2021 and have not received anything to date.
Can't cancel order either. I can only return the products after receipt and I will do that if I ever receive my package again.

I have to go after myself every time and every week it is promised that the end of the week will come.

I wonder if the products have to come from China..

Worthless company!
