Needed a replacement power board for my just out of warranty LG TV. This was the only place I could source the part that would ship to the UK (even official LG parts would not). Part works perfectly and has saved me a fortune on buying a new TV. Delivery took a little while to come and was expensive, but to be expected coming from France.

I ordered a "296148 - Plastic pulley set" for my broken watching machine. The part was exactly as described and worked perfectly, and at a price significantly lower than its competitors.

I ordered on the Friday before a bank holiday in the UK, and it arrived promptly on Thursday the next week via Royal Mail.

I will be using SOS Parts for household appliance spares and replacement parts in the future.

I ordered a part for my dryer as costs of getting them fixed wasn't in my price range and I'm quite good at giving things a go myself. Would've cost me £30 just for a call out to check what the problem was. I had a feeling I knew the problem so found the part on here, managed to fit the heat element in my dryer within 29 minutes and it was good to go! Amazing price too! Around £30 for the part and around £9 for delivery ❤️ thank you soo much!!!

Ordered 2 blender bowls. Items received within a week from France. I was a bit concern reading the negative review but now I can confirm that all went well: product fits my blender and it was a the best price I found.
However I cannot comment on the customer service as I did not have to contact them

I ordered a plastic fridge shelf, it has been slightly damaged ( crack ) enroute . I emailed SOS for advice . They promptly replied and refunded me my payment immediately as they no longer had the shelf in stock . Very good customer service

When I was about to use this service, the trustpilot rating for this site was 2.6 stars. This would usually be a red flag, but I was desperate for a logic board for my lg 5k monitor. The part has been discontinued therefore rarer than hens teeth (think I’ve mixed metaphors there).
I feel daft. Quick prompt service with itemised invoice emailed and tracking info for the delivery. Delivered to my lovely leafy Ireland in three days.
With further digging, seems ALL the negative reviews come from Britain and are brexit related. Their poxy, brexity chickens have come home to roost; ignore them.

Ordered on the 4th of March 2024 now the 12th 48 hour delivery still not here emailed 5 times no response down 50.30p not happy at all still in FRANCE fuming had to purchase a new dryer as we have 4 kids do not order customer service nonexistent

Good experience but be aware they are based in France so post Brexit it might take a while for delivery

Reading some of the reviews the parcels are taking some time… UK to France it’s not going to be over night?!? My water tank broke on my Tefal iron the replacement is perfect so no complaints from me so thank you …

They maybe good on priced but their quick delivery claim are false, ordered an item which was in stock on the 14th and after 7 days no parcel so I wrote to them but they did not reply and now 10 days after purchase I have received an email from royal mail stating that the parcel is in France and on its way to the UK. So all in all their fast delivery will take about 2 weeks by the time I get it.

First they gave me the wrong tracking details that said I had received the Dishwasher basket at the same time it was despatched!!
I had Emailed them the dishwasher sticker that showed the model number etc. and they confirmed the basket would fit, so I ordered it. When I eventually received the basket it did not fit and they want me to pay for the return postage!!
THEY ARE AN INCOMPETENT JOKE.

Ordered and payd on 22'th of September, today is 5'th of October, parts declaired to be in 3 working days, so now there are 2 weeks, if you contact support you get onlu sh***y link, and no any explanation or update. Called Local post, and they sad that only 4*th of October it was sent out from France. So they lie that they sent second day, the sent it out only after 1,5 weeks from purchase. Sh***y customer service!!!

Really happy. Found the part I needed for a really reasonable price and shipping was ok too. A little concerned given some reviews but thought I'd take the risk. Item ordered on Sunday and delivered by Parcel Force on Friday. Part all fitted and washing machine works like new. Saved financially given I didn't have to call anyone out to do the repair. All in all great service given it was shipped from France. Thank you SOS parts.

Where is my order?!
The web-site is not accessible no matter what browser/computer I use. Placed order on 18.10.22 - nothing has arrived. No means of getting in touch with customer service and getting money back.

I placed an order since the 4 October and the part was showing in stock for next day delivery but up and until now,no delivery and no refund,they are scam,my order number is WYYUU5532

Great service from SOS parts. Communication was spot on, with an email every time there was a status change. Delivered on time even with the Royal Mail strikes. Great price too, a lot cheaper than other spares websites. I will be using them again in the future

They gave me 1 invalid track number and one track number from someone else's number. It's an awful stupid service that cheating people

Ordered a part that was showing in stock on the website for same day despatch. 3 days later still not despatched. Customer services assured was on back order and would be sent within 7 days. Still no part 3 weeks later so they just refunded. I needed the part urgently. SOS parts - you need to re-assess your name!!!!!!!

I looked everywhere for this part for a steam generator iron could only find it on 🆘 parts order was delivered within a week and the part came from France had no issue was updated through out the order process definitely would use this company again
