Ordered a cast iron pan stand for Smeg hob, the price was half the price of other online stores for a genuine part. Delivery slightly slow probably due to Easter Bank holiday weekend but the part arrived really well packed (which had been a concern) but no issues. Thank you.

I ordered two oven parts in January 2026. I never received the oven parts and they do not return any messages. They are thieves! I have requested a refund but it looks like I have to kiss that money goodbye. Do not order from these people!!

After reading all the reviews, mostly negative, I was a bit scared. Alast, SOS Parts happened to be my only option, so I went for it. I was positively surprised after receiving my package fairly quick as promised and the part itself fits perfectly. My Tefal Flex 14.6 lives yet another year. Thank you.

Ordered a pump and clip pipe for nespresso machine. Got a bit scared after reading other reviews but my order came through fine..ordered on 11th mar and got an email alert about a package arriving on the 19th. TBH the parts were not that well packaged; pump was wrapped in factory bag and then cardboard box that would allow it to rattle around.
Anyway parts exactly as described and work perfectly now fitted. Well pleased. Was wondering if I was going to get a load of crxp given uk is not in eu but it was all fine. I will be using sos parts to repair another nespresso machine now…

N’achetez surtout pas chez eux, ils m’ont vendu une carte électronique d’occasion qui ne fonctionne pas et ne veulent pas me rembourser sous prétexte que d’après eux, la carte fonctionnait quand elle a été expédiée !!! Chose impossible a vérifier !!!!
Ce sont des voleurs, fuyez…

Personne ne vous prévient ou n'explique la situation malgré les relances effectuées auprès du service client : seule réponse : il arrive....

We spent much time checking, checking and checking again, ensuring the item we planned to order from SOS Parts was, indeed, the correct item.
According to the oh-so-shiny website (not always an indicator of a good company) coffee-machine reservoir was definitely the right one for us.
So we ordered two, just to be on the safe side.

They eventually arrived, and it was with much pleasure that I opened the enormous box (so big, in fact, I wondered what I'd ordered) to find a fine pair of jugs, and much brown paper (you know the stuff... that 'shock-absorbing' brown paper)

When unwrapping one of the jugs, I noticed the handle was different to the one we already had.
The ^single^ photo on the website was very carefully shot so you couldn't actually see the handle - if it HAD been visible, and even though it claimed to be the correct item - I would not have ordered it.

So I contacted ... no, that's not quite accurate...
I emailed SOS Parts, requesting a returns number.
And, sure enough, an email came in.
It read, "Your message has not been received".

Now... what does THAT mean?
Clearly, they HAVE received my message, else how would they know to whom they should reply?

So I tried again.
This time, the same-looking message came through, except, apparently, I had been successful. (Not that I did anything different)

Eventually, someone deigned to contact me.

I supplied the requested photograph of the serial number.

That was last week,,,,
As yet, I have heard nothing back.
Their credibility is teetering on the edge, in danger of plummeting into that bottomless ravine where certain courier companies reside, food delivery services wallow, and cut-price online 'supplier of everything' (that always turns out to be a LOT smaller than you imagined) reigns supreme.

I might try and telephone them... but that'll just be a robot, and I'll end up going round and round... then being cut off.

It's called "progress", y'know.

je n'ai commandé qu'un bol de cafetière que j'ai bien reçu mais on m'a débité deux fois en m'envoyant le même article alors que je n'ai commandé qu'une fois. C'est une vente forçée.

La partie transparente en plastique pas en verre
Le contour en plastique n’a pas la même structure et est moins rigide
Le plastique ne supporte pas le démontage
Résultat le hublot ne permet pas le verrouillage et la mise en sécurité pour le démarrage de la machine
Finalement j’ai dû reconstruire le hublot d’origine

Le service client reste aux abonnés absents
Il n’y aura pas de nouvelles expériences

Don't buy from this company,I ordered seal for fridge and received completely damaged. Reported issue to them no answers for emails and phones.
You will be loosing money and time how I did,don't make this mistakes.

Ne commandez pas chez eux! J’ai passé commande pour mon four. Paiement en attende de validation par le fournisseur. J’ai remarqué que je n’avais pas ma facture et que le liens ne fonctionne pas. J’ai demandé aussitôt l’annulation de la commande et la comme par magie on me répond que ma commande ne peut être modifié et que le paiement a bien été reçu. Ils ne me répondent pas sur le fait que je n’ai pas de facture je relance donc. Et on me dis voici ma facture mais rien on se fou littéralement de moi! Grosse à arnaque je déconseille.

Do not buy from sos..I ordered a power board for my LG tv on 11th November 2025 with express delivery unknown It would take 2 weeks of back and forth emails that my parcel is lost at customs from chronopost shipped from France to uk.
S.o.s sent another part on 20 November and yet again another 2 weeks held a customs without any documentation and part now being returned. now on 10th December I’m glad I finally got my money back.

Ordered a part in beginning of October, was promised for it to be delivered in 2 weeks. I was then told I will get it in 4-5 weeks after that which I accepted since I thought at least I will get it before christmas time. Now I was just told 2-3 more months! Utterly disgraceful!

I read the reviews but thought how could they get my order wrong???? so went ahead...

I paid £23 for 4 small plastic gears that were meant to be for a smeg coffee infuser and the parts that came were not genuine smeg and were 2mm too big so did not fit the infuser at all. I messaged the company to inform them and 2+ weeks later, still have no reply. I won't chase because they're based in France and I know it will be a waste of time.. oh and I paid £10 delivery and the delivery took almost 2 weeks. So my advice, don't bother with them. If it costs you a few quid more elsewhere, I think you're best going somewhere else.

We had an excellent experience with SOS Parts. Our cooker main board got fried during a series of power outages and we really wanted to replace it rather than buy a new cooker.

I searched high and low for a replacement board and the only place that I could find it was at SOS Parts. I was a bit dubious because it meant that it was shipping from France but the website said that all import duty etc was dealt with and they were true to their word. The new board turned up in just over a week with no problems at all and has fixed our cooker - hurray!

From our experience I would have no problem recommending SOS Parts.

Bestilte et dørhåndtak til et Miele fryseskap. Håndtaket kom etter noen uker og var enkelt å montere.
Men, håndtaket var av så dårlig kvalitet at det ikke virker.
Det originale håndtaket presser døren opp. Det gjør også håndtaket som Sos-parts sendte, men kvaliteten er så dårlig at døren ikke går opp.
Styr unna denne butikken.

J'ai reçu ma commande vendredi le facteur me l'a amené à ma porte alors que j'avais demandé de mettre le colis à la poste pas de facture panier qui n'a rien à voir avec l original alors que j'avais commandé l'original. J'ai voulu prendre en photo mon vieux panier et leur système ne fonctionne pas cliquer sur le lien pour avoir la facture ne fonctionne pas cliquer sur le lien pour avoir le suivi de colis ne fonctionne pas le service client inexistant c'est une honte. J'ai fait un signalement sur signale conso .De plus cette entreprise fait de la pub sur Google et sur YouTube. La seule chose qui fonctionne c'est prendre la commande et prendre les sous.
