Fantastic service. Telephone communication was very easy and straight forward. Ordered the skip a few days before it arrived on time and collected as arranged. The price was very reasonable. Excellent company.

Arrived on time with a ‘warning’ text reminding me the morning of delivery which was a nice touch.
I booked on line and liked the we’ll beat or match any quote line so I knew I was getting value for money.
The driver was courteous and pleasant.
All in all 5 star service - thank you Reston skips

Very efficient firm, communication good, very professional

Delivery and collection of skip on time, with friendly and helpful driver. The office staff were helpful, and arranged an early morning collection to suit my schedule. I would certainly use them again.

Great driver and a good service

We had a total of 11 skips from Reston over a 7 day period. Drivers and service were excellent until Day 7. Then they failed to show even though I’d had confirmation texts for collection. I called them and they told me no collection had been booked. I even gave them the job numbers that they provided. But no collection, no explanation. Caused me serious problems. I’ll try elsewhere next time. Shame really because the first 6 days were great but final day was a disaster and the female on the phone didn’t seem to give a hoot. So only 3 stars unfortunately.

Office staff were very helpful. Booking process was simple. Skip delivered and collected on the day specified. Drivers were very friendly and courteous. Would recommend.

Very disappointed when you expect the skip to be remove . I booked the same day on Friday as they drop it they propose for the following Monday and still Tuesday not been pick up taking my garage space and waiting for builders to arrive . Will don’t work with not reliable company . I’m giving an update now he took them a week to pick up . And I’m still waiting for my invoice never received it .

Driver collected skip in Battersea yesterday in a very awkward location but made no fuss at all and was very polite.

Driver rang to ask exact position of skip etc
