I received top shelf service. I had to wait for the funds to be ready and my personal online sales rep. William was absolutely patient, personable and professional throughout the entire process. I bought the iconic Ultra Goliath II Havana Brown Tortoise frames with brown gradient sunglasses. They are immaculate and absolutely authentic! I could not ask for better service! ALEX is the best. I placed an order but had moved, so my order was cancelled. That didn't stop Alex from stepping up and providing EXCELLENT customer service. I have several pair of Cazals and recently ordered the 99-🤫 with transitional lenses installed for an additional $100 I swear I had my glasses in less than a week...... incredible 😳 in the past I've paid up to $300 for transitional lenses and waited upto two weeks. I can keep going on and on about how great this experience was but I'll just say this, I'll never buy a pair of glasses anywhere else. 👍🏾 Walter
