I was interested in a property, after contacting them 4 times I finally had a call back. The agent was rude & dishonest, I have seen the reviews on here but as a buyer I will be taking a wide birth & I would think twice about buying any properties from them. As a seller, I wouldn't be happy that people interested in buying my property are not getting called back

Sarah at Sold was brilliant! She was honest and efficient and kept me updated promptly on my initial enquiry, viewing and subsequent follow-up. She was also extremely helpful in helping both the vendor and myself agree to a price and get the ball rolling towards moving day.

Truly the most incomptent estate agency in the UK. If you are considering selling through sold..co.uk, please avoid them.

Having called them 7 times in attempt to view a flat, they have no staff available to take calls, book viewings or do anything at all really.

The receptionist says it's not possible to speak to anyone and couldn't suggest a time or date that it would be worth calling back.

Because of the service they provide, the vendor has lost a sale.

Please do not waste your money or time. Do not employ them. Go with a reputable agency instead.

I’ve had my property ready for market for a few years. I saw a potential old property I’d like to view that’s in with Sold.co.uk. Sent an email enquiry to arrange a viewing as there was a pretty poor listing containing only 6 photos in total.
A few days later I was called by a young lady who informed me that as my property wasn’t on the market or under offer I couldn’t possibly view their 6 photo listing!
That wasn’t negotiable and I ended the conversation saying I didn’t like taking property buying advice from a 19 year old girl.
A few days after that the same girl rang me to ask if I’d like to start marketing my property with Sold.co.uk. Hilarious.
I reminded her that she refused me a viewing on the property they were listing and she put the phone down on me.
I swear this is all true. I’m pretty certain I don’t want my property listed by an agent that refuses to arrange viewings.
The one I wanted to view now has a price reduction.
I wonder why….?!

From start to finish sold it have been amazing and helpful. Always on other end of phone when needed. Made the whole experience stress free. Great advice lovely people.

Absolutely amazing service , our house sat on the market for 13 months horrendous experience with other estate agents , I marketed with sold on the 1st of march got offered a price we were happy with on the 4th and we have completed the sale today , I cannot thank Ella Seki enough she is an absolute thorough professional at what she does , kept us in the loop , rang us literally on a daily basis and if we gave her something to address it was done ,I truly hope the powers that be at sold really appreciate what a diamond they have in her , I was going through an extremely tough time with a death and she made everything so much easier , thank you Ella I am so sad we won’t be chatting now we are beyond grateful to you and Hredi at XYZ for getting us over the finish line, I can’t recommend you enough!!!!!!!

I have used Sold previously in order to sell a property and my current experience this time with Sold was just as good. Although the fees are quite high they earn their money and they are very quick and very responsive. Ella was our main contact and she kept us informed of progress via e mail and phone. I have found Sold and XYZ Legal (who Sold used for the conveyancing) excellent. Far less hassle than using the conventional route to a sale. If I have any more properties to sell I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They don't deserve one star but I had to so that I can write about them, first I contacted with CHRIS JACKSON, I spoken with him over the phone he said clearly buyers are ready to Purchase all he needs 30 days from me, I wish that time I recorded the conversations, provided me fake hope, he even told
me that he got many INVESTOR are ready to Purchase my property, I know now he will denay that, and than so many times he was chasing me to sign the 28 days contract with them, once his job is complete than real struggling start with SOLD.CO.UK. DAHNISH KHAN member of staff very rude person never listen to people,talk very very rude, not willing to help or listen what the customer needs, if this guy still working for the company
Than I feel sorry for the owner , they done nothing for me just wasted my time, they only a online state agents who only depends on right move and Zoopla, in 28 days they couldn't even get 1 viewing for me, now my property with a local state agents and within 2 weeks I Sold my property. I know now they will come up with some nice,sweet, words defending reply but please believe me most of there word is not true, People's I have learned my lessons, if you wish to sell your property please stay with local agents or any one better but not SOLD.CO.UK, I only share my experience what I had with them, end of the day if people still wish to received there services that would some one very unlucky like me, PLEASE EVERYONE before you get involved with any commitments with them think 1000 times, All they gonna provide you just waste your time, thanks everyone for reading my experience.

Hard to contact them. If you have choice go with a local estate agent. They will say they have list of investors but it is just a trick to get you into listing the property. Not worth your time.

Sold my property through this company and found them excellent from start to finish. Communication was excellent and found the whole of the team to be helpful.
I have to say Thea Willsmore was absolutely outstanding. Her communication skills, helpfulness and patience were excellent throughout this difficult sale. She went above and beyond to help this process and found her to be very empathic and understanding overall.
Would definitely rate her more than 5* - what a credit to the company. I used the Solicitors they recommended too as part of the process and again found them very helpful - quick response to emails etc. Thanks you all very much in helping me sell my home and move into the home of my dreams.

We have battled with estate agents for the past 6 months looking for a house for our family. When we saw the house advertised with sold.co.uk we were unfamiliar with them and how they work. I can honestly say save yourself stress and purchase with this company. The house prices are realistically and fairly priced, the service we have received is fantastic ( shout out to Dahnish ) and 100% definitely use the solicitors they recommend. At every stage they have been informative , courteous and honest. The house buying process has gone so smoothly and quickly which has been such a relief. We viewed the property end of March this year ( think 19th of March ) and as of today 4th of April have been told the contracts will be sent out next week. We are very much looking forward to moving in and enjoying our family home with our two small children.

Keep well away from this online estate agent. I requested a viewing for a house in Somerset.
I had to phone them numerous times for an update of THEIR progress in arranging with their local viewing agent for a viewing.
I could only be in the area on a certain day and they did not see their would be a problem. They promised to inform me by close of work yesterday.
They eventually emailed me this morning to say that they would only be able to arrange a viewing on a suggested list of dates and times.
There is only one house on their listing for Somerset, so I definitely do not think their local viewing agent is over worked or overbooked!
Read their negative reviews on Trustpilot and you will get an idea of this firm’s shoddy customer care!
