Ordered a MBO Inverter AC with WiFi, online from Solar Warehouse, first time buyer and last time buyer. AC delivered and arrived, no problem, did not come with guides or paperwork to operate. I installed and got operating. When time came to setup the WiFi, as mentioned no instructions to turn AC into paring mode. I messaged Sales, Juan tried to assist by giving me instructions that did not work, push buttons I did not have, after some back and forth he suggested I get an installer to come do the installation, as he could not assist further. Then phoned and spoke with Jason, didnt know anything on the product, said would come back to me, nothing. These people are importing products with no knowledge how to operate or support. Looking at their other reviews, it is not just AC they seem to battle with. Just another small company taking chances by flogging unsupported equipment/products into SA market without any repercussions.

The level of service and professionalism of staff is great, they kept me posted about my order from the moment it was placed until it was delivered, for me it was an awesome experience.

Purchasing and delivery experience was fine. Product (solar floodlight + camera combo) also works fine. I am satisfied, no complaints.

Bought a battery for my small car, and it only lasted for 11 Months .What a waste of money, had to buy a new battery in a space of 11 Months.!!Yhah..neh

I ordered 2x 3.5m aluminium solar rails and tile roof brackets to be delivered to vaalwater Limpopo, paid for the shipment and the rails were left at Modimolle Limpopo without anyone informing me that they cannot deliver to my destination because they don't have trucks running from there I had to pay additional R 2800 for that to be delivered so I had to drive there myself to collect my order why could Nou one inform me about this and where is my refund for not completing the delivery also the tile roof brackets are not on the correct hight so I could not complete the installation I need to get them refund ed also and need assistance with that

I did not like the way my guys were treated at the warehouse in Kempton Park when they returned an inverter a day after collection due to damage. My guys were accused of the damage, and I had to call and intervene to get the unit replaced. This has really tainted the relationship that we were hoping to have with your company. The problem was resolved eventually.

Inverter was delivered within the three day's as indicated on their website.
