Visited store in Morningside Glen to buy a 100ah lithium battery for camping. Assistant said I cannot return the battery if it does not work, I must make sure of the application. Even if the battery is faulty and does not discharge, they cannot take it back after I used it. That means NO WARRANTY, NO AFTER SALES SERVICE. Very disappointing and hard to understand.

I bought a faulty product from them and they refused to make a replacement for me, the sales person even had the guts to tell me that it is my fault that l bought a faulty product from them, they don't care about what their customers experience after buying from them.

Ordered a 120ah gel battery 🔋,fast delivery excellent service,so far the battery is holding its charge , order was delivered within 2 day's,was kept informed whole time about the order,but sadly the battery only lasted 3 months, can't keep charge, only run a OpenView decoder and WiFi modem,

I bought ingle 12.8v 100ah lithium battery at moreleta branch and I was helped by keagen on may 30 2025. I use the battery for a Samsung double door fridge, 30 5w downlights, 50 inch tv, dstv and wifi and the battery lasts 2hour 30 minutes. I'm impressed even by the good service they gave me.

I received my order very quickly.And right though the order there were communication with me.And that is excellent service.

As a first-time buyer of a small, inexpensive product, I was deeply disappointed to find that it did not match the web picture. The critical fuse I received turned out to be an AC fuse instead of the DC fuse I needed. This discrepancy could have led to disastrous results in the event of a battery short. Despite my concerns, the salesperson insisted that it was the correct component based on his supplier's word, even though the crucial information on the fuse was missing. The salesperson's rude and ignorant behavior, coupled with his lack of basic customer service training, was unacceptable. Even after applying AI intelligence to the product ratings, I was strongly advised not to use that specific fuse. Fortunately, another supplier confirmed that the fuse was indeed incorrect. I purchased a new fuse from them, which amusingly matched the one depicted on Solar Warehouse's website.

Online ordering and shipping was great. Our unit, GenXGas 18L has now been installed by a registered Gas Installer and our COC has been issued. Unit knobs, both left (power)& right (water pressure) does not line with markings for Min or Max indicators at all. Unit ignites immediately when warm water opened, however takes long to actually
heat up water, estimate about 60+seconds, but when temp is reached it's great. It's only day 3 and I hope this unit will last good time.
