Ovo were great from start to finish for my solar PV installation. Everyone was very helpful and professional and I'm really happy with the work they've done.

From the enquiry through the servey to the installation we were kept informed of all processes.
The scaffold went up the day before, solar panels installation and battery and inverter were done the same day. Everything was discussed at the servey and the installation teams new exactly what had been agreed.
The whole team were very professionally and genuinely friendly.
On completion of the commissioning Everything was explained how it all worked and even help to install the App to see all the energy produced and use.
I can only thank OVO for a excellent job well done and would highly recommend them.

All went to plan and completed and working in 4 days. We were kept well informed on progress. We are very happy with the the whole solar setup and is already saving money.

OVO installed our solar system professionally and on time. The system consists of 11 pv panels, an interface to our hot water tank to heat water and a GIV Energy 9.5 KWh battery and inverter. The scaffolders, roofer and electricians were polite and efficient and worked in a clean, tidy and professional manner. The electricians were extremely thorough and very patient with their hand over explanation. The South Coast sales and support team were very helpful and kept us briefed throughout the project. Documentation was clear and concise and the OVO support team contacted us promptly on completion of the installation project to follow up on system advice and tariff applications.

No sales pressure, very quick and painless installation

Everything went smoothly. From initial quote to completion the whole team (scaffolders, roofer and electrician) all worked extremely well as a team during installation, were friendly, helpful and efficient. In the office there was always someone helpful to discuss things with on the other end of the phone. Information is very user friendly.

Overall experience was exactly what I had hoped for.
All the advice was given when needed, the whole team was very professional, both admin and installation.
Information and updates were provided so I always knew what going on.
Things always happen on time and the installation was carried out with the minimum of fuss and maximum efficiency.
The great advantage was the whole team was OVO, scaffolding, electricians and installation.
If your supplier is OVO then it couldn't be simpler, even a great buy back tariff.

Seamless, accurate quote, flexible installers who seemed extremely knowledgeable diligent. Pretty speedy process from initial contact through to installation and installation process in particular was really polished. Very pleased.

From start to finish all the people we spoke to or met were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised at how quickly we had new solar panels installed. All the people from scaffolders, installer of panels on roof to electricians who installed the inverter , battery etc worked professionally and tidily - there was no mess at all
