Great service from Soho66. Through my own fault, my virtual phone number service had lapsed. Within 3 emails between myself and Matthew, this was fully resolved and my service re-established. It's rare to get that sort of customer service these days, and I'm thankful for it.

I found Soho66 4 years ago when I was setting up a company and needed a Voip phone. Since then I have used them for a second company.

The are efficient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. When I need advice or help, the tech team is easy to talk to, offer great solutions, and make sure that I have what I need at that moment in time for my business. The systems are also such that as the company grows, I have enough additional options to add to my package that I don’t need to look at alternative services.

They really are the smart option for start-ups and SME’s.

I had a few technical queries after installation which the (very) helpful and knowledgeable support staff answered very quickly.
These items were:-
1) I could not phone my own number from outside
2) when using the new phone to dial out, it did not come up with my phone number
3) It wasnot obvious where to block unwanted incoming calls

Thank you so much to Matthew who was so lovely and patient with me when I was having issues with wanting to make multiple changes. Don't come across many people like this anymore and a credit to the Soho66 team!

Matthew in Soho66 Customer Service Team has been brilliant today, I had a complex issue changing settings on my account and he had if solved in 30 minutes.
I found Soho66 when my landline changed for fibre and decided to port my landline to a better provider than BT. I read up on Soho66 and decided to try them out. I very much doubt I'd move from them now , brilliant service, great prices. I'm really really happy with them.

The teams at Soho are exceptionally good and even the most complicated of issues. Been using them for circa 10 years now. An easy recommendation for me to make for your business comms. Dedicated, Professional and Follow things through to the end.

I had a query with our monthly Soho66 invoice, due to a change in which payments are made.
I telephoned the customer number, given three options, number three for finances. I got through straightaway and spoke to Matthew, he explained everything clearly and precisely, everything done & dusted in-less than 10 minutes.
Great Company & Great Staff, I could not fault their service.

The service and support from soho66 has been fantastic. Matt and Rees on the tech support line have both been great.

Email contact started well but Matthew had clearly had enough of me. I took to the phone and am now happily connected thanks the the patience and friendly nature of Rhys.

They provide a great service at really economical prices. The staff are very helpful and knowledgable. Again today they answered my call really quickly. It's so refreshing not to be on hold for ages!!

Had a unusual finance query and couple of other things I needed to get clarity on, spoke with Steph in there finance department and within minutes not only did she resolve my query she was also happy to deal with my other queries. Get so many calls to switch providers and this is why I always NO. Thank you Steph!

Perfect technical support special the guy Mathew he is a gem

From start (information about the service i required) to finish (cancelling service as no longer required). Always answered the phone and assisted me. I do not normally do reviews but in this case i wanted to let people know there are some companies out that still provide a great product at good value with proper customer support. Long may it continue.

I've been using Soho66 since 2017 and have always found their service superb. When I've needed support they've been there for me and helped me with my queries. Their sales and support teams are very professional. Their prices are very competitive and the range of features they offer is astonishing.
The service is extremely reliable, in fact, it must be getting on for 100%
