Sign-up Software is very cumbersome
Sign-up Software is very cumbersome! to many entries required to be approved before it's complete. Then another delay, twice, before you can even get to the download! I understand in todays world for security , but this is ridiculous! It's been two hours now and I still am not able to download.

Installation was difficult because the setup.exe could not be found in the application. Finally was able to install after some time of trial and error.

This was my first experience, downloading Turbo Tax. It was not a difficult task. Your staff made it simple.
I wish I could have been instructed as to how to put it on my computer as an ICON. I did have my granddaughter help me figure it out.
