We knew exactly what we wanted to order and Theresa, the sales assistant made it very easy for us to do so. She talked through the delivery options so we felt confident of a smooth delivery and set up of the sofa. All in all a pleasurable experience!

Absolutely amazing, the sales agent Faye at Thurrock store was great, she provided all the information about the sofa and had good knowledge of the product. Answering all our questions to make it easy for us to decide on the sofa. Overall great experience and found it easy to make the purchase.

Sofa Purchase
Had a great experience with Rob at the Thurrock branch. He showed us all the lumbar support sofas on display and gave honest feedback on all of them to help us make a decision. There was no pressure and we were able to look around with no one following us everywhere like we experienced in many other sofa shops.

A great experience
Jon at the Thurrock Lakeside Store was very friendly , knowledgeable and helpful when we were looking for our new sofas. There is an extensive range of options , We never felt hassled or pressured in any way on any of our visits ( there were a couple)which made for a nice experience . I would happily recommend to friends and family.

Sofology had just what we were looking for.....
A good range of sofas at Thurrock. Looked at other stores but only found what we were looking for at Sofology. The price was competitive and the quality looks and feels great too. Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable when arranging our order.

He was very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable.
