The way Jon met us at the door
The way Jon met us at the door, explained the lay out of the store then kept an eye on us from a distance (not follow us closely around the store which makes us feel edgy), but was always there to offer advice when needed. He dealt with us in a professional manner but still made us feel comfortable. He also makes a good cup of tea.

Steve at Thurrock was great! He was really helpful and expertly guided us through our choices. He carefully considered our requirements and helped us pick our dream sofas. He even rearranged the sofa to help us visualise what we'd be buying. Excellent friendly service!
