Sofology - Stoke-on-Trent Recensioni 

A very refreshing experience dealing with Vicky at the Stoke shop. She went above and beyond to assist us and helped us find our perfect sofa. We cannot praise her enough and feel she is an asset to your store .

We were served by Sandra at the Octogon branch. She was so lovely and very helpful. Thank you Sandra.

We were greeted by James Okey. He asked us if we needed any help and we said that we were just looking. About 10-15 minutes later he came back to us and asked again if he could help. We said that we were looking for a small 3-seater sofa that I could sit on. This was difficult as I'm a wheelchair user and not very tall (only 4' 6"). He suggested one but said that it was on a plinth. We managed to get round this problem by parking the chair as close to the step as possible. This sofa was too wide as I couldn't shuffle back onto the seat. He went to consult his manager who told him there was one more sofa that we could try that was downstairs, although he did tell us that there were was a lift to the upper floor. This one was easier but I still couldn't lean back. He then took off the top half of the accompanying chair and put this behind me. It was perfect. He promised to email me the dimensions of the "cushion" so that we would know what size to get. I decided to order this sofa. I found James to be very professional and helpful. He was also very polite and welcoming, asking if we would like a drink and getting some water for my assistance dog. He explained all the details of the purchase, how to clean the sofa and the insurance policy in a way that I could easily understand. He made what I thought was going to be a difficult task very easy. I was expecting to have to visit lots of shops before I found what I wanted but I found it straightaway thanks to James. I wouldn't hesitate in referring my friends to this company after my visit.

Good customer service

Layout was really good.
The salesperson, Josh, was lovely! Really helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy - he made the buying process quick and stress free!

The best quality sofas we could find plus Vicky at Stoke was amazing in fact all the staff were very helpful and pleasant. We visited 3 times in all they were not pushy at all & Vicky got right on our wavelength with what we needed and offered great advice. Looking forward to the delivery in a few weeks thanks Sofology.

Vicky was what made our experience so great! She was so helpful throughout, so so easy to talk to but at the same time applied no pressure and just let us think it all out before going ahead. Not like some where you get hounded to the point it puts you off. Would 100% want Vicky again if we ever needed other items!

Don't always leave reviews, but wanted to share the experience received from Samantha from Stoke store. Sam assisted us on the first visit when looking for chair and was really helpful. Second visit purchased said chair. She gave us some useful tips on looking after chair, wasn't pushy let us make our decision and we sort Sam out to seal the deal.

Ordered my beautiful sofa with Sam, everything was explained so well with no sales pressure at all.
I felt so comfortable, Sams customer service is amazing.
