Tony was a great salesman
Tony was a great salesman and helped us with everything about our new sofa. He wasn't pushy at all and was on hand to answer any questions we had. He was very approachable and friendly.

We were attended to by Tony, he was very helpful.
He took his time to explain designs and sizing and made me feel confident to buy the Regency sofas after he explained the aftercare service that we purchased also.

Lovely store and staff
Made quite a few visits to the store as we could not make up our minds which sofa or which colour. Nothing was ever a problem, we were left to browse when need be but polite, helpful staff there to help. Choice on offer is amazing at affordable price too.

Sofology made it impossible to buy their sofa!
Found the perfect sofa in the clearance section today for £499 but the delivery charge was a bit high at £129. The chap went to see what he could do about it but returned to say that they wouldn’t be able to delivery it to us at all because we were out of the delivery zone… Ok, completely understood that until until he explained that frustratingly, if we were buying a full priced sofa they WOULD deliver it to our address for the same delivery price of £129 but because it was in the sale, they wouldn’t. Even if we paid the full delivery price they still wouldn’t deliver it to us. So we asked if we could collect it and they wouldn’t let us do that either!
This makes no sense.
The very helpful chap was so lovely, very sorry and embarrassed that Sofology wouldn’t let us buy the sofa.
Lost a quick and easy sale there. Well done Sofology!

Hi there, thanks for taking the time to leave this review, we completely understand why this felt frustrating, especially after finding a sofa you loved. Our clearance sofas are a little different to our made to order ranges. Clearance pieces are already located in specific warehouses or stores and are only available within certain delivery areas, which means we’re sometimes unable to deliver or offer collection outside of those zones. With our made to order sofas, they’re built specifically for you and then sent to your local delivery warehouse, which is why delivery was possible in that case. We’re really sorry for the confusion and disappointment caused here, and we’ll be sure to pass your feedback on. If you’d like support finding a similar option that can be delivered to your area, our team would be more than happy to help!

Suite of good perceived quality for the price. Salesman was informative without being pushy. Bought from them before so they must tick all of the relevant boxes for us.
