I am very happy with our experience with Sofology and with the delivery men who brought us our lovely sofa/chair. Chloe at the Stockton store was marvellous, so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Chloe.

Ray the sales person he was helpfull, answered our queries. Helped us good old fashioned customer service. He was approachable, wasn't pushy had a great sense of humour and made the transaction very easy. He advised of the finer details which some people tend to omit. There were lots of choices of suites but he guided us to the right suite for us.

We looked at various outlets and found nothing we liked particularly until we visited sofology the store was very modern bright and full of beautiful sofas in many colours and styles we found the perfect one ordering was straightforward delivery time was confirmed yes it was a long time away but was made clear from the outset
Delivery was made when expected guys were very helpful and fixed it all together
We had full care instructions and are now enjoying sitting in it 6 months later and still as good as new unlike our previous purchase

The sales lady in the shop was very friendly and helpful when we were looking at several settee options. email documentation arrived as agreed, now just waiting for arrival of corner settee.

Lots of choice. Staff are not pushy at all they leave you to browse.

Wasn't rushed or pounced on in the store, was able to browse and sit on the sofa we liked the look of, help was available when needed, great knowledge of store sofas, was told the fratelli and the monroe doesn't come in any matching fabric though but when looked online found could av both in the lifestyle nubuck stone colour so was over the moon. All staff professional yet friendly would definitely recommend to friends and family. Ordering was easy and coukd say when we couldn't av delivered due to decorating, this wasnt a issue at all. Paid a deposit in store and said woukd receive a email when ready to deliver and sort remaining balance. 5* service thank you
