Honest opinions and perfect assistance

Just bought a couch less than two weeks ago. The couch was delivered on the 12th of September, when the delivery driver brought it in, he looked at the size of the room and the couch and said, this is yours now as we didn’t estimate the size of the three seater and the two seater, we contacted the store and immediately got told there’s nothing we can do. It’s yours. We asked if they could work with us and we bought the love seat and returned the two seater, but they just said no absolutely terrible service and even worse aftercare will never buy a couch from Sophology ever again. PS, this is our fourth one in 10 years. We’ve bought from them. Very unhappy, I’m very dissatisfied with the service. Avoid like the plague

The staff were great , especially Rebecca- I was in numerous times before purchase and she was absolutely great - a real asset . James was also great on purchase day . The staff are very good - not pushy or overbearing- exactly the experience you want

Lauren at Solofology Speke was great, she gave me time to have a wander around the store before I came back to the Alder sofa I had chosen, she was also patient whilst I decided if I wanted to add a footstool and moved it in line with sofa for me to visualise and test it. I felt more comfortable to purchase my sofa without a pushy sales person.

Rebecca was great to deal with. No pressure. Let us browse and when we were ready to discuss it was a really good experience

Wonderful experience with Sofology, Speke! The whole staff team were wonderful, and James was amazing helping us through the sofa process. As a first time sofa buyer, James explained how the process would work, and we really appreciate their kindness. Definitely recommend!

Great service

After numerous of sofa shops and trying loads of sofas, I kept going back to Sofology as they were the most comfortable!
We were struggling with dimensions to fit in our new extension, but Rebecca from Speke store (Sat 29/08) suggested a sofa for us, and thank goodness she did because it was perfect and we finally ordered one!

Sofa is ordered from the Tallulah range, so in terms of delivery and aftercare, I can't comment yet. I just hope there is no delays as I am excited to get it!

I did call customer service and ask for the delivery charge to be wavered because sadly it took me over budget (I think £129 is quite expensive for delivery considering the cost of the sofas') but my husband was happy to get it ordered as it was the only sofa that ticked all the boxes.
