Didn't feel pressured!
Very helpful staff member (I'm sorry, I didn't catch her name!). I didn't feel any pressure to commit to buying which actually made me feel more inclined to continue browsing the store and asking questions - leading to me making a purchase.

Ellie in the slough store was wonderful , she made my query so easy and was so pleasant to deal with , I had broken my old sofa and was looking for a new one she found me the perfect one and also made the process so easy , I will never buy a sofa from any where else quality is unmatched and the service is second to none
