I am deeply disappointed with my initial and final experience with Sofology. I visited the store intending to purchase sofas valued at £3500. A member of staff informed me that the order would take up to six weeks for delivery. Given that I am relocating to a completely different county, I placed the order four weeks in advance of my moving date. During my move planning, I contacted the head office to request an estimated delivery date, which was informed to be 11 weeks from the order date. Naturally, I was extremely upset that I had been misled by the Slough branch. I contacted the branch this morning to speak with the deputy manager, who advised that the delivery time would still indeed be 11 weeks and that there was no option to cancel my order. Consequently, I am left without a sofa set in my new home for almost seven weeks. Given this first and last experience, I would never use Sofology again, nor would I recommend this company to others. I was misinformed and believed that I had placed my order in a timely manner. I would advise that you use a furniture store where the staff are honest and not solely focused on promoting significant sales.

I have worked at high end designer furniture stores, likes of Natuzzi and others in Harrods and Selfridges… so take it from me the team are soo relaxed, not pushy but very helpful. The digital platform Sofology have in place to chat/track delivery is great. We are very pleased not just with the service but the sofa, after years of trying to find the right one at the right price, our living room is finally complete. Thank you team and I hope they receive the recognition they deserve for the care they gave me and my family. Thank you

Spent a couple of hours in store lookig for a large Sofa. Salesperson very kowledgable and was a huge help.

If you are looking to buy a new sofas for your home I would fully recommend Sofology. We visited a few different companies and we did see ranges and colours we liked, but when we walked into Sofology it all came together. The ranges, quality and colour combinations were exactly what we wanted without any compromise. Thank you Sunil at the Slough branch for your time and help to find the perfect choice.

We had a great experience in the sofology store in Slough, Sunil our Sofologist was extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable of the products at Sofology.
After many weeks of deliberation between different sofa stores we came back to Sunil and purchased the sofa which was perfect for our family as well as being stylist within our home.
