Really helpful, friendly staff

Sofa shopping can be daunting, but at Sofology, we didn't feel overwhelmed. We were welcomed and let freely roam the shop, no pressure, no staff following us. When we chose the right sofas, our questions were answered politely. Sarah was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I can't wait to see our new sofas in a few months.

Myself and my partner recently purchased a sofa from Sofology in Reading and cannot fault the service we received.

Staff were all really friendly and did not try to hard sell in the slightest. We were given a quick introduction when we arrived, offered a drink and then left alone until we needed assistance.

Sarah assisted us with our purchase and was really helpful resulting in a smooth process from start to finish.

I would recommend this store.

We wasn't pushed into buying anything, the sales people didn't follow you around the store. And it was nice and warm in the store.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, they made shopping a pleasure. The range was also more impressive than other shops in the area.

We visited the venue on several occasions and the staff were fantastic throughout. Faran, in particular, was young, energetic, and genuinely open-minded, he talked us through the whole process clearly and patiently, answered all our questions, and made everything feel easy. Thanks to his support, we felt confident and ended up buying a sofa. Highly recommended.

Outrageous delivery charge of £120 tapped on at the end of the sale!!! This amount cannot be justified!
However sales assistant, Sara was excellent.

Quickly ordered & good advice

My partner & I visited the Reading store back in September.

We were greeted by Eve, who made a lasting impression on us, was so attentive & very knowledgeable we fell in love with a sofa & Eve was there throughout every moment guiding us on fabrics, personalisation etc.

Eve sent us the email with our basket, and having then read all of the terrible reviews we were gutted & very neatly shopped elsewhere, however we bit the bullet and we are so glad we did.

The communication from Sofology was great, our sofa was due in the delivery network around the 4th December however it then got delayed (which didn’t bother us at all) and it got delivered today, 20th December.

The communication on the phone & the updated website link was incredibly helpful, the staff were always friendly & willing to answer questions.

When we received our text with our delivery date, we were excited but so nervous and to be honest, dreading what we were due to receive after the reviews.

We received a delivery slot the day before (a 3 hour window), and the delivery drivers called 30 mins prior to arriving with us, I could also track the drivers on delivery day to ensure we were ready for them.

The drivers were brilliant, we had 3 people and they set all the sofa up, plugged everything in, treated our self-build new property with courtesy and care.

Our sofa is exactly what we ordered, we couldn’t be happier with the quality nor service, a huge thank you to Sofology!
