Very helpful excellent customer service

In store shopping experience was excellent. Eventually decided on thr Allure range. Sat in the display sofa for about 20 minutes sorting out the purchase. Arrive and fitted no problem. Unfortunatley this is the most uncomfortable sofa we have ever owned. No-one can get comfortable on it. The back slopes back too much and the seat is too long to get comfortable. Make sure you sit on the display sofa the way you would at home. Sitting on it is starting to hurt my back now.
5 * is for customer service. Unfortunately only 1* for product.
Following Sofology's reply: yes we realise comfort is subjective. But you would think at least 7 adults would have the same opinion, that this is a very uncomfortable sofa. Could bring any of our friends or family to the shop with us to try the sofa.

Linsie listened to us, for quite some time, was patient and happy to help us come to a decision guiding us through the process. She was informative and not pushy in any way like some sales teams are. Other staff also helped including Jo who was also friendly and personable. Much better service than we had from DFS near the Metro Centre who I have bought from many times in the past. We bought from Sofology at Silverlink because of the better service and nicer products. The only thing Sofology need now is 4 to 5yrs interest free credit as they only offered 3yrs.

Very helpful staff made picking my sofa a lot easier

We were shopping for a sofa-bed. You had examples in store for us to look at and try and nothing was too much trouble for Leanne, the shop assistant. She made us so welcome with a cuppa and was very knowledgeable about the products and our options. We felt very happy with our choice and the whole experience.

The member of staff had great knowledge and explained every thing to us and nothing was a bother

We were helped in our decisions massively by a team member Liberty Woodward. She was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. She was well versed on all the sofas available in all formats. She made the whole process very simple and pleasant.

We visited the Silverlink store today. We were looking for a sofa to fit our specific requirements. After a couple of minutes of browsing we were pleasantly greeted by Leanne. Leanne was faultless in her attentive service, she listened to what we wanted and was very knowledgeable with her suggestions. We were extremely impressed with her and Steve when they demonstrated how easily the sofa we wanted would fit through our home for delivery as the access space was limited. Both of the sofologists are a great asset to your team. We have bought before, we bought today and we will return in the future. Thank you!
