Mr Happy Singh Was Absolutely Fantastic through whole process if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

We were met with a warm welcome and given an informative tour of the suitable sofa beds on offer, Happy our salesman was a very respectful man towards my wife who has a disability.
Needless to say we purchased a lovey sofa bed and guarantee, nothing was too much trouble and we had really nice coffees.
A complete and pleasant contrast to Furniture Village!

No pushy salespeople was much appreciated. Very relaxed and able to discuss options which staff without feeling pressured. Finance options were really helpful.

We visited the showroom at White City Retail Park in Manchester with a general idea of the sofa we wanted. Leanne was extremely helpful in guiding us to the right choice with the Larsen and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend visiting the showroom. Thanks!

The sales man was very helpful

We were able to look around the showroom without being pressured by the sales team. When we had decided on a couple of sofas we were helped to make the right choice with the expert knowledge of Leanne who explained the benefits/pros and cons etc.

A great experience with top level customer care both from the sales exec Will who spent so much time with us helping with colours and understanding exactly what we wanted. Wasn't pushy what so ever just came across as he enjoyed his job and enjoys helping people. Customer service for price match after our sofa went into sale 2 days later were friendly and super efficient. Thank you

The sales assistant Leanne at the Sofology branch at White City retail park Stretford was first class. She was friendly, knowledgeable and personable and certainly helped in our decision to make a purchase. She demonstrated the sofabed mechanism and and gave valuable advice on the multitude of options available with the product. We were really impressed and will definitely refer to friends and family. No pressure from him which is what we like.

I found the sofas I liked ,was not pressured into the purchase .Carried on looking around the store ended up at the one I had chosen and ordered it within minutes from very helpfull and friendly staff

We had a great experience in the Manchester store. We were left alone by the sales team.to browse at our leisure whilst still knowing they were on hand to help. When we were close to making a decision they were on hand to help answer questions.

Leanne was the sales person we dealt with for our purchase and she was brilliant. Really friendly, approachable, helpful and informative.

Justine Kennedy, the sales person who dealt with us was today, was so very helpful. Explaining how the configuration of the suites worked. Which we had no idea about. It was such a big help.

I ordered a lovely sofa and was assisted by Will. I felt I was given really good advice. All stages - from start to finish- were very clearly explained. Will also helped to sort out the finance side. I really appreciated the time, space and freedom I was given to look around, ask questions and make the decision. I never felt pushed or pressured into making purchase decision on the spot. Will made the experience pleasant and stress free. I would definitely recommend and visit the store again.
