Terrible service and place . Sales people con you into buying. They don’t tell you that every sofa is no cancellation and once you sign your tied into buying it. They send you an email and say you can change the sofa but they charge another 25% on top of the original price plus the sofa you want to change too. So be warned do not buy from this company

Very poor experience. Salesman told us ( we are pensioners) that corner sofa suite and a separate 2 seater recliner would fit in our new sitting room ( we haven’t moved there yet). We gave him the measurements and he said all would be fine. After 4 days our son told us not only it wouldn’t fit but the recliner systems would clash. Sofology changed the 2 seater to a 1 seater but charged us £500, for the change. After only 4 days.! The sofa hadn’t even been started yet as we’d asked it not to be done until at least 1 July from a 5th May order. Sofology should retrain their staff.

Great experience with Sofology so far. Staff was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy, and the ordering process was smooth and easy. Looking forward to receiving the sofa.

Didn't really want to go into sociology as not heard good comments. But it was a very good experience.
Saj helped my mum whose was in a wheelchair showed her what she had asked for. Helped her into the chair. Was very knowledgeable regarding the products. Set everything up as we had to go home and remeasure the space. The overall experience was good.
Saj went out of his way to make my mum feel special.

My wife and I visited Sofology recently. Haleema helped us, she was brilliant she helped us chose our latest sofa set. Haleema had a vast amount of product knowledge and understood our needs. Sofology is first stop for sofas. We previously had ab excellent experience and the sofa quality was 10/10. I would definitely recommend.
