The salesperson was not only extremely helpful and accommodating. He he also allowed us plenty time to make a decision with no pressure and answered the numerous questions we had prior to our purchase.

Lovely lady Alison was very helpful. Not pushy. Spent a lot of time with us which was good not to be rushed.

Blair the sales representative could not have been more accommodating, friendly or helpful. As a heavily pregnant woman shopping with a child in what they class as a “boring chair shop” was a nightmare until I came into sofology with Blair. He recognised the stress I was under and was so engaging with my child and me to make our experience memorable, from gifting a balloon to my little boy to making me a cup of tea I was so thankful. His knowledge on products was astounding and he really helped me find my dream armchair with everything I needed and didn’t need. I never felt like a burden or rushed/pressured for a sale, he genuinely wanted to make my experience as easy as possible. Even tho I left having spent more than I budgeted for I was very happy with my experience. Could not recommend enough.

Great customer service in the Kirkcaldy store. All questions answered and easy to browse without feeling overwhelmed. We were unexpectedly on the hunt for a new couch and happy with the service in store. Waiting for delivery which we hope will be sooner.
