Sofology - Inverness Recensioni

Very good customer service and very happy with overall service

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had a brilliant experience at Sofology in Inverness from start to finish. Niamh was absolutely lovely — friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. She really took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided us through the options with confidence and ease. Thanks to her, choosing our new suite was stress-free and actually enjoyable. She sold it on quality and comfort, not pressure, and we left feeling completely happy with our decision. A real credit to Sofology — thank you, Niamh

Simple and no pestering, left to look around

Inverness staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you

Great service with friendly staff giving helpful and accurate information

Great customer service. Would definitely buy from Sofology again.

Brilliant Experience! Christine was great from the get go - explaining all the different features of each sofa we tried, making sure we knew all the purchasing options etc. Got a great deal and left more than happy, thanks again Christine!

The staff were friendly. Niamh who dealt with my order was lovely, she was very helpful and explained evverything, i was even offered a cup of coffee. My experience was first class couldn't fault anything.

We came two days ago to find a new sofa at Inverness branch, and were impressed by the focussed attention and help we received from Aaron . Picked a selection and took the details home to check the sizes .
We came back today ( Aaron off duty) , made our final pick, and Christine expertly organised the Order for us.

Staff very helpful, both on telephone and in shop 😃

From the minute we entered the store we were greeted with friendly smiles and greetings.
When we were ready to place our order, Aaron took us through the the process professionally making the purchase so much easier, a credit to the company

Helpfully information about the couch and chair

Very helpful and informative staff in our Inverness branch of Sofology - would highly recommend Christine and her manager,Ann. No pressure to buy or to purchase the “add-ons”! Delighted with our purchase of 2 couches.

Very helpful. And extremely friendly.

Great welcome and customer service, knowledgeable and helpful staff with a great selection of sofas.

The Inverness store has a lovely friendly feel about it. We visited a number of times before deciding what to buy and each time we visited the team were super friendly with good product knowledge and no pressure to buy.

This was our 2nd visit to confirm colour of sofa we were ordering, both Sara and Aaron were very friendly and informative making our experience easier

A great choice of different styles, colours and prices. We looked at Sofology first then went to 3 other stores but returned to Sofology as we could not find a better choice anywhere.

Very helpful assistant who spent time explaining how everything worked and ensured that I fully understood the process. Love the sofa I have chosen and can’t wait for it to arrive

Julie was very helpful & patient with us, also very knowledgeable, we were not planning ordering there & then but we were more than happy to go ahead with Julie’s assistance & advice.
