Very friendly and helpful staff. We were greeted with a warm welcome by Raj who handed us over to Fiza. Fiza was great at explaining the options and features of the sofas we liked, she was very accommodating and helped us decide with ease.

It’s worth mentioning that we previously attended the store and was served by Tom who was extremely helpful in helping with our decision. He explained all the features and finances for each sofa we liked which made our decision this time round much easier. Lovely store and very helpful staff.

Received completely different colours of the same Set of Sofas. Been trying to contact someone who can resolve the issue and change the wrong coloured single seater. Moreover, one has to be completely blind to have despatched these. Wish someone would have paid a bit of attention before dispatching.
