Sofology - Enfield Recensioni 

Bought a beautiful sofa from Sofology, waited the 12 weeks delivery and paid for the fabric protection service. The sofa was delivered and arrived with feint marks in a number of places where they have done the fabric protection. I reported this and was told a technician would come out but can only do week days. I am in the office 5 days so this does not work as my company are very inflexible. I should not have to take a days holiday for an error on their side. I have paid approx £1500 for the sofa, extra money for the protection and 6 weeks post delivery I am still waiting for Sofology to find me a solution. I am unable to use the sofa as need them to inspect it as it was delivered.
I would not recommend at all using this company. Product is good, service has been appalling.

I am 85 and use a walking stick but am fully campus mentos. I came with my son to buy a new sofa. Your salesman ignored me speaking only to my son although he did explain the sofa was for me and I was paying. I loved the sofa I have bought but I did think of leaving due to his attitude. On leaving he asked if I needed the toilet! Offended? Absolutely.

The staff member Tom in Enfield Sofology was very helpful and supportive for me and my partner who have just moved in together! He answered any questions, told me information I didn’t know! And was great help. Very thankful and excited for my luxury comfy sofa and foot stools to arrive ☺️

Welcomed with open arms, not being rushed or someone hawking you to make a purchase.
We shopped at the Enfield branch, also visited the other 2 furniture shops adjacent.
Went back to sociology next day and purchased our required sofa with the expert help of Diane.
Not rushed and forced to buy extras.
She explained everything and answered all of our queries.

5 for Sofology Enfield so far.* Imi was brilliant, no pushy sales, just friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Made choosing our sofa easy with no pressure. Tea and biscuits were a lovely touch. Sofa due June, will update after delivery.
