We went into the Endield store to buy 2 four seat leather sofa’s, and the Customer Advisor, her name was Imi, was so sweet and so nice. She was very knowledgeable and gave good advice on weather to buy an additional 1 seat or 2 seat to fit in our living room. By advising us on dimensions and examples and tap measures she gave us very good insight on flow and layout. She went above and beyond with everything we asked, from insurance cover, to leather cleaner, delivery etc. Her help was above and beyond any service we ever expected. We left the store extremely happy and satisfied. I will definitely be recommending this store to friends and family, and if they are extremely lucky ask for Imi😊

We had a fantastic experience at Sofology thanks to Tom from the sales team. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly friendly and took the time to really understand our room layout and what we were looking for. He carefully showed us sofas that genuinely met our requirements and gave detailed, clear information on each one - often even predicting whether we’d like something before we said a word!

Tom’s knowledge was outstanding, not just about the products themselves but also the services available. He gave honest advice, suggesting the best materials and options for our needs rather than trying to upsell the most expensive sofa. On top of that, he made the whole experience fun and relaxed with his jokes and personal insights, which made what could have been an overwhelming decision genuinely enjoyable.
