Good advice for after care for my sofagood friendly staff as well

I just wanted to share how happy my boyfriend and I are after being helped by Nic while choosing our first sofa. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish — so friendly, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us find the perfect one. She made the whole experience exciting instead of stressful and gave us great advice without ever being pushy. We honestly couldn’t have asked for better service and are so grateful for all her help. Very relaxed with no pressure to purchase. The staff offered us coffee and did not appear to be annoyed when I changed my mind several times on which colour to choose.

The layout of the shop was welcoming with plenty of choices. All the staff were welcoming and not once did we feel any pressure to have to speak with anyone, we were given time to browse leisurely. Julia was excellent with her knowledge, her approach and easy to communicate with. We felt at ease with her instantly. She was very helpful with everything.

We ordered our sofas after three separate visits to Sofology. Each time staff were courteous, helpful and didn't give us the hard sell approach, which we appreciated. They asked if we needed help and then left us to look around, they were available when we had queries.
On ordering , Nicky was very knowledgeable and guided us through the ordering process, making sure we understood every aspect of our order. We would definitely recommend Sofolgy to family and friends.

Good amount if choice in the store. All staff were friendly and helpful but weren't trying to make you make a hasty decision. Luane Davies listened to what we wanted and was great and helpful in helping us choose a new sofa!
